To the Moon is a paid listing service operated at https://tothemoon.baby.

Information you provide

  • Billing name and billing address
  • Order details and order number
  • Listing details you submit, including business name, website URL, category, short description, longer description, and any image or logo URL
  • Messages you send to us

When you use the site, our servers and service providers may collect:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Pages viewed and the date and time of the visit
  • Approximate general location derived from IP address
Payment information
 
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and related order data. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or full payment-account credentials.
 
Information from service providers
 
We receive order and form data from the tools we use to run the site, including WooCommerce, Stripe, our hosting provider, and Google Forms or others if you complete a listing form hosted by Google.
 
3. How we use information
 
We use personal information to:
  • Process orders and provide the listing you purchased
  • Match a payment to a listing submission
  • Display your listing on the site
  • Communicate with you about an order, a form, or the site
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the site
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and payment disputes
  • Keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
  • Improve the site and understand how it is used
We do not use your email to send unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to that. If we ever offer an email list, we will ask before we add you.
 
4. Public listings
 
A purchased listing is public. That is the service.
 
The following may appear on the site and in our public posts about the board:
  • Business name
  • Website URL
  • Category
  • Descriptions you submitted
  • Image or logo you submitted
  • Amount associated with the listing
Your email address and billing address are not published as part of the listing.
 
Do not submit information you do not want shown publicly in the listing fields.
 
5. How we share information
 
We do not sell your personal information.
 
We share information only as follows:
 
Service providers. We use companies that help us operate the site, including:
  • WooCommerce / our WordPress host — store, checkout, and order records
  • Stripe – payment processing
  • Google – listing forms, if we collect listing details through Google Forms
  • Email and hosting providers
These providers process information on our instructions or under their own terms for the service they provide.
 
Legal requirements.
 
We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of To the Moon, our users, or others.
 
Business transfer. If we sell or transfer all or part of the business, information may be included in that transaction. This Policy will continue to apply unless you are notified otherwise.
 
6. Cookies and similar technologies
 
The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are common to WordPress, WooCommerce, and payment checkout.

  • Complete checkout

9. Third-party sites
 
We link to Stripe and others (sites you may visit via our site). They each have their own Privacy policies. This Policy does not cover those sites.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
